Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

Shipping fees & Free Shipping

Shipping fees are stated at checkout page.

To qualify for free shipping, the net order value needs to be:
  • S$100 and above for any Singapore address
  • No free shipping for international orders outside of Singapore 

 

Shipping duration

For Singapore orders, your order will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Generally, you should receive your order within 3-5 days from order confirmation. However, there might be shipping delays during peak season

Order placed between Friday 12noon to Sunday will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday (if it is not a Singapore public holiday)

Pre-orders

If you’re purchasing a pre-order product, we aim to give you the best estimated timeline we can. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame attributed to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change. Our team will update you on your products and its whereabouts.

Self-collection

Self-collection is not available at this moment

International shipping

Shipping options and costs for other international addresses will be shown and selected during the checkout process. Any import tax & duty to be borne by customer.

Please note that estimated delivery timing will be based on the shipper selected during the checkout process.

All international orders (outside Singapore) and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

RETURNS

If you wish to return or exchange item/s from your order we will happily assist by providing you with an exchange or credit voucher.

Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:

  • Returns that wish to be exchanged must be received within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at hello@lunaandsageco.com as soon as possible for us to assist you in this process.
  • Goods must be in their original condition with the tags attached including original packaging.
  • All delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Due to health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable: Cushion Covers, Inserts, Pillows, Throws, Mats, and any other hygiene-related products
  • Luna & Sage reserves the right to reject any returns if the item does not meet all of the above conditions and if it's no longer in an acceptable condition due to wear and tear, misuse, abnormal usage, etc

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR WRONG GOODS

As part of our quality control process, we check for damages and ensure sufficient protective packaging materials for all orders. Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do happen. Should your item arrive with a defect or damage we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible or provide a credit voucher.

Please keep in mind that due to the handmade nature certain items, there may be slight cosmetic blemishes that aren't specified, and will be stated in the product description but these are not considered damaged goods. However, should this not be acceptable, we offer a Returns & Exchange policy for this

Please fully inspect your items at the time of delivery and should there be damages, all damage claims must be made to Luna & Sage within 3 days upon receipt of goods. If 3 days have past since your receipt of goods, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To make a damage claim, kindly email hello@lunanadsageco.com the following:
- Photo(s) of the damage;
- Order ID;
- Your contact details.
